This is a guarantee of Dynamic Enterprise Ltd a 90 days of unconditional probationary period will be allowed to verify capability of our recruited personnel. If any of the personnel is deemed unqualified to do his job or get medical unfit within the said of 90 days probationary period, he will be repatriated to his country and this will not be any additional cost of your company. Furthermore a replacement of the repatriated person will be recruited to your company. This will take 45 days for none skilled worker and 60 days for skilled worker from the date of receiving a complete and duly attested documents.

Our company is having successful operations of manpower export within limited time frame more than any other firm in the country. Usually we follow the following basic steps to send our worker.

  • First, we seat with our Engineering team to get the best idea to recruit qualified technician workers and none technical worker.
  • Then, We advertise all popular daily newspaper to get direct response from workers.
  • Next, We contact all professional online data banks.
  • In this step, We send our recruitment team in different working place like hospital, clinic, factory, construction and industry side.
  • Then, We use our own data bank. We also have more than 500 agents all over the country.
  • We do pre-selection then we send practical trade test for skill worker.
  • Finally, monitor and verify experience certificate, trade test certificate.

Recruitment Process

Usually we follow the following basic steps to send our worker.

01. Take Recruitment permission from Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment (www.probashi.gov.bd)

02. Obtain necessary permission from government agencies BMET.(www.bmet.gov.bd)

03. Selection (Depends on volume).

04. Collect the passports and other documents.

05. Police clearance. (www.pcc.police.gov.bd)

06. Medical test for candidates.(www.gamca-bd.org).

07. Stamping of visa from the respective embassy.

08. Government training for Saudi Arabia.

09. Insurance and immigration clearance from BMET.(www.bmet.gov.bd)

10. Brief the candidate about their legal rights, salaries, terms and condition of the employers, the overseas journey and orient them about the culture, language, food and custom the host country.

11. Ticketing and send off.

Terms and Conditions

  • Necessary Documents:
    1. Demand letter
    2. Power of Attorney
    3. Consulate Letter
  • Visa advice for K.S.A only, all papers should be attested by the chamber of commerce and ministry of foreign affairs.
  • Duration of contract:
    Minimum two(02) years.
  • Duration of probation:
    Ninety(90) days.
  • Daily Working hours:
    Eight(08) hours per day, maximum twelve(12) hours per day with four(04) hours paid as overtime.
  • Weekly holiday:
    One(01) day a week is paid holiday.
  • Rate of overtime:
    1.5 times of basic salary.
  • Bonus:
    According of employers wage policy.
  • Accommodation:
    Free accommodation will be provided by the employer.
  • Food:
    Free food or food allowance will be provided by the employer.
  • Worker Briefing:
    Brief the candidate about their legal rights, salaries, terms and condition of the employers, the overseas journey and orient them about the culture, language, food and custom the host country.
  • Medical expenses:
    To be provided by the employer.
  • Transportation:
    Free transportation to be provided by the employer for going and coming from work place.
  • Traveling cost:
    Both ways economy class air ticket to be provided by the employer every two years.
  • Holiday leave per year:
    According to the international labor law.
  • Insurance:
    Employee to be covered at the cost of employer’s insurance.
  • Dead bodies:
    Dispatch of dead bodies or deportation due to serious injury will be made to Bangladesh at Employer expenses.
